Once upon a time, a family of four who lived in the Rocky Mountains yearned to escape to a magical place where the sun was warm all year round, a place that had parks full of thrilling rides, amazing shows, and enchanting characters who love to have their pictures taken.  After searching far and wide for such a mystical place, they found the wonderful Walt Disney World Resort.  They joyously purchased a vacation home only five minutes away at the prestigious five-star gated community of Windsor Hills Resort and lived happily ever after.

Please join us at our “Fantasmic” escape.  Just like our favorite show “Fantasmic” at Disney MGM Studios, we want you to experience a lavish and spectacular stay at our five-star luxury home!  We’ve spared no expense to create a festive and vibrant yet revitalizing retreat for you and your family.  We want you to be comfortable yet plugged in to the exciting and unique experience of WDW.  “Fantasmic” is truly a one-of-a-kind vacation home for a small fraction of the cost of staying on the Disney property at a traditional resort hotel room.

Great Room:

The open floor plan of the Great Room features a 50” Panasonic plasma TV and Panasonic 5.1 surround sound system/HDMI DVD player for your entertainment.  While eating together at the dining room table or at the breakfast bar, you can watch your favorite Disney DVD or cable channel.  Bring your laptop if you must, digital cable HDTV and WiFi Linksys internet are included free.

And, after a full day at the parks, open the great room’s sliding glass doors and relax in your very own private heated splash pool.  It’s a great place for the kids to play while you prepare dinner or just lounge around.  It’s fully visible from the great room, and you can even watch TV while you float!

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen with custom designed cabinets.  This “fantasmic” kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals at home, including dishes, silverware, pots/pans and appliances.  

  

 

There are 3 professionally decorated bedroom suites, each with its own private full bathroom (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs).

Master Bedroom / Bathroom (upstairs):

Imagine relaxing in total luxury on your vacation on a king-size sleigh bed with a top of the line pillow top mattress while watching HD channels on a 42" Panasonic plasma HDTV.  Master suite also has a vaulted ceiling and remote controlled ceiling fan.

So, relax and get cozy.  Fully lined draperies keep the sun out until you are ready to get up!

Twin Bedroom / Bathroom (upstairs):

Across the hall from the master suite is a second bedroom with 2 twin beds and its own bathroom with full tub/shower.  It captures the vibrant colors from the Florida landscape.  Custom pillows and window treatments are one-of-a-kind accents in this room.  

Relax and watch TV or your favorite DVD or play the Nintendo Game Cube with over 15 video games for kids of all ages!

Enjoy a full bath that delivers a cheerful beginning to any day.

Queen Bedroom / Bathroom (first floor):

Downstairs, a dreamy and tranquil “mini-master” suite is located just off the foyer, also with its own full bathroom and flat screen TV/DVD player.  Turn on the ceiling fan and relax on luxurious linens.  This queen-size bed features custom-made pillows as well as custom made window treatments.

 

 

Lanai/Pool:

Enjoy a relaxing dip in your very own private screened-in lanai with a heated pool with outdoor furniture and water toys!  Kids love having their own swimming pool!

The south facing splash pool gets plenty of warm Florida sun, and optional heat is available in the cooler months. A child safety fence and pool alarm provides extra safety from entering the pool area.  We back up to the south side of the resort, and that means no rear neighbors, and since we're an end unit townhome, there are no neighbors immediately to the west side either! Enjoy the privacy!

The home is professionally managed by an excellent local management company, who are available 24 hours a day in the event of problems or questions!

The home will be cleaned with fresh towels, linens and a starter set of toiletries prior to your arrival.  Nearby grocery stores allow you to stock the kitchen to your own tastes and save the cost and hassle of eating out for every meal, or order a pizza for delivery from Giordano's right down the street (a famous Chicago pizza restaurant, one of our favorites as we're originally from Chicago!).
