This beautiful home has the same floor plan as the other townhomes, and is 3 bedrooms / 3 full baths with it's own private splash pool, on 2 floors!   This house also has top of the line furniture and bedding, TVs throughout, internet, phone, cable TV, and much much more!   It is tiled throughout, is painted in a pale yellow paint color, and also has it's own washer / dryer!  The open floor plan boasts 9 foot ceilings throughout the ground floor with a spacious great room opening to the private, screened-in lanai/pool area, which overlooks a tranquil orange citrus grove to the east.

    Across the hall is a seconds bedroom suite with 2 twin beds and its own full bathroom with bath / shower. 

    Downstairs, a queen-sized "mini-master" suite is located just off the foyer, also with its own full bathroom!

    The home features its own private screened-in lanai with a heated splash pool!
