Townhome #4 - "Enchanted"

Just acquired in June 2007 by our DIS friend Steve Bors (2XDisneyDad), this gorgeous home has just undergone a complete renovation/facelift to bring it up to our very high standards.  Our focus is to provide the very best in luxury accommodations at a reasonable price!

We specifically concentrated on making this home luxurious, but at the same time comfortable and “kid-friendly.”  Our Disney bedroom and Nemo bathroom are an example of this along with a long list of infant and children’s supplies.   We also tried to think of the smaller things to put parents at ease like using tethers to secure the entertainment center and having outlet covers on all unused outlets in the home.  We feel it is just another thing that parents do not have to worry about or have to address when they arrive.  It's located directly across the street from the other homes which enables us to accommodate multiple party bookings, so please inquire if you need more than 1 unit for your party.   The floor plan / layout of this home is the same as the other homes, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a splash pool under a screened in lanai.  A king bedroom master suite on the second floor is coupled with a twin bedroom suite and a washer / dryer.   On the first floor is the queen suite with full bath, great room and kitchen with walk-in pantry!

Great Room:

The open floor plan great room features a Plasma TV with home entertainment system, 2 large “resort” style sofas providing plenty of seating, and dining area with breakfast bar overlooking the beautiful splash pool backing up to a privacy wall and orange grove (no rear neighbors).  Digital High Definition cable TV and wireless internet are included, bring your laptop!  The back of this room is 3 picture window type sliding doors that open onto the private lanai / pool.

Kitchen / Entry:

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for family meals at home including: dishes/silverware (service for 12), full set of non-stick pots and pans, kitchen utensils, oven ware and refrigerator with ice maker.  Premium Cuisinart ® stainless appliances include: extra capacity toaster, coffee maker, knife set and even a juicer!  The kitchen opens to the entry way with pub mirror and shoe closet/bench to keep all those flip-flops!

Master Bedroom / Bathroom (upstairs):

There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom and ceiling fan, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs.

The upstairs master suite features a solid designer king-size bed with top of the line Euro pillow-top mattress.  We refused to skimp in any way and did a major upgrade in all the bedrooms. 

None of this furniture is from a “house in a box” outlet as found in many area homes.  We handpicked all of the bedroom sets to ensure they would be of premium quality.  The 37” flat panel Ambilight TV is truly an experience!  All upstairs rooms also have vaulted ceilings!  The master bathroom suite also has a shower, oversized tub with premium curved resort style curtain rod and designer shower curtain.  The master bathroom was also upgraded to include: an Oxygenics ® pressurized spa shower head, extra towel hooks/storage, ionic hair dryer and wall mounted magnifying mirror.

Themed Twin Bedroom / Nemo Bathroom (upstairs):

Across the hall is our Disney/Mickey Mouse themed bedroom suite with 2 twin beds and its own Nemo themed bathroom with bathtub/shower.  This room includes an authentic Disney lithograph.  There is also Disney art and large character figurines, as well as many original design ideas we incorporated to make it a “piece of Disney” for your family.  The entertainment center will provide fun for kids of any age with its 32” TV and cable, stereo with CD changer and DVD player.  There are Baby Einstein DVD’s and DVD’s to suit older children.  There is also a PlayStation 2 with 25 games!

Queen Bedroom / Bathroom (first floor):

Downstairs, a queen-size “mini-master” suite, with it’s own full bathroom, is located just off the foyer and features a hand selected “Chateau” style bed with a top of the line Euro pillow-top mattress!  The bedroom also comes complete with a 5 drawer chest, nightstand,  a CD player/alarm clock and a 26” Toshiba Theaterwide flat panel LCD TV with built-in DVD player.  The bathroom has a deluxe oversized frameless glass shower with a combination “rainfall”/hand-held shower head and added storage in and outside the shower. 

Pool:

The home features its own private screened-in lanai with a heated splash pool!

The pool gets plenty of Florida sun, but optional heat is available in the cooler months. The pool area is protected by a child fence plus locks. The rear of the building/pool faces east, overlooking a beautiful Florida citrus orange grove!   The perfect place to soak up the sun, enjoy the pool or drink your morning coffee while relaxing in luxury…ahhhhh!  We have also upgraded all the pool furniture to include zero gravity loungers, a large storage bench and sling chair so there is plenty of seating.  We have also provided beach balls, noodles, boogie boards and inner tubes for the kids so they can jump right in!

This home is professionally managed by Oasis Vacation Homes, who are available 24 hours a day in the event of problems or questions.

The home will be thoroughly cleaned and stocked with fresh towels, linens and a starter set of toiletries prior to your arrival.
